Each meditation has a specific purpose to uplift you and transform you and take your brain to a theta wave, a dream like state of being; to help you remember who you really are. As you journey along the “Retreats,” you will realise and recognise the truth of your being… you are a spiritual being of great light and great luminosity. You will come to know your true magnificence.
The first three retreats create a firm foundation for your sacred journey. Each retreat builds upon the previous one and they progressively get more advanced. It is not our intention to provide too much information. There is already so much out there at your fingertips. Our intention is to provide you with tools so that you can experience your truth. We believe that the only way to learn something is by doing it.
